This page explains how YourTrip Morocco handles the personal data of people who visit yourtripmorocco.com and contact us, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect

Only the information you choose to send us through the forms, WhatsApp or email: your name, WhatsApp number, email address and the content of your message (for example dates and number of travellers). We use no profiling cookies or advertising tools.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and organise your trip. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who we share it with

We never sell or hand over your data. To work, the site relies on technical providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), Web3Forms (sending forms by email), Google Gmail (receiving email) and Meta’s WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and trip, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and for data portability, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
